Welcome to the 2023-24 school year! My name is Donna Putman, and I am excited to be returning to my first career love - teaching special education. In 1987, I began teaching Special Education in Douglas County, Georgia and spent the next 31 years teaching various grades including special education, Kindergarten, 4th grade and 5th grade until I retired in 2018. I moved to Alabama in 2019. For the past two years, I have worked as a Math Intervention Teacher here at Daniel Pratt. For the coming year, I will be working with 3rd graders with special learning needs. I know we are going to have a happy and successful year!
